Online Restaurant Surveys - Keeping it Simple

The restaurant owner has a secure login that allows confidential access to the surveys. The validation code for the return incentive is unique. Therefore even if the customer chooses to remain anonymous, if you ask the customers to present their incentive discount vouchers on arrival the restaurant owner or manager can match the customer to the survey even when he is in house. If the customer thought his Steak was too rare last time you can make sure it is spot on this time!

The system will give you an insight into how your customers think. The survey asks them how often they eat out, how much they are prepared to spend, if your restaurant represented good value for money etc..

It can also ask difficult questions. For example, what other restaurants the customer frequents and does the customer plan to spend more or less on eating out over the next 6 months, allowing you to track your customer responses against the credit crunch.

The restaurant owner can download the email addresses collected where the customer has opted in to receive special offers and promotions. This allows creative marketing, you now know who your customers are, how often they eat out and what they are prepared to spend so you can email them with special offers and promotions and bring them back in time and time again.

To ensure a high proportion of customers add their email address we recommend an incentive, for example a monthly prize promotion such as a free meal for 2.

Additional customer mail addresses can be collected to mail out a loyalty card. Stamp the card each time the customer uses your restaurant with a free meal/wine or other discount incentive after a certain number of meals.
